Refund & Return Policy


Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund if,

  • you do not receive item within the guaranteed time (21 days not including 2 day processing))
  • you receive the wrong item
  • you do not want the product you’ve received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
  • Item arrived damaged.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control of (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster).
  • item was opened or used.
  • due to Covid 19 precautions and the nature of makeup.

*Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days. You can do so on our contact us page, please provide order number in email.
